You can play strategy or management games. VNs are also an option that use only the mouse. Or MMOs or games like diabloII where you only use the mouse asides the numbers for some skills or hotkeys, but they're all playable with mouse only (this are not sugested, because this will destroy your hands if you have normal mouse due to all the amount of korean grind). I also heavily recommend a vertical mouse, to reduce the thumb pain in general. If you say what kind of strategy or turn based games you like the most, I can you suggest you some... Maybe something like slay the spire, wesnoth, maybe some wargame... cities the skylines can be a fun city builder, rimworld, a 4X.... For example the other day I played a tycoon game called idol manager simulator that was not the best game ever, but at least can be played for an afternoon. Another fun management game is Touhou Mystia Izakaya. First person dungeon crawlers can be also played only with the mouse. Wizardry 8 or those kuso sakura dungeon games idk (etrian oddysey with emulator maybe?).
At this point I am just writing shit that comes to my head while scrolling steam: bloons td6, summer/winter memories (the eroge), hearts of iron 4 (i don't recommend playing paradox games because they suck, play decisive campaigns barbarossa instead, like a man). Panzer corps 2, The Operational Art of War IV, battle academy (this one is a very simple game that can be fun for a few levels), Advanced Tactic Gold, Shadow Empires (if your autism is high), Living with sister monochrome (and the fantasy version which is better), the disgaea games, polytopia is a fun 4x for short games, neo scavenger, the monster girl quest games (pinacle of gaming), dominions 6 (i hate this game, but can be fun), mahjong soul (to sell your soul to the chink gacha), Dungeon Travelers: To Heart 2 in Another World, Monmusu Gladiator (fun kusoge), Succubus Forest (other kusoge), Monster Girl Descent (another sly spire clone like the previous two kusoges).... idk.
And go to the doctor dude.
