Ever wanted to play a dating sim with Mario Party minigames?
This PS1 arcade port got you covered.
I did a playthrough last night with Rin and it was quite fun.
I love finding fun games like this. Did you know there's a proper dating sim Mario Party game on the N64 called Getter Love!!: Cho Renai Party Game Tanjou? The only dating sim on the console.
Had a harder time playing that one, but essentially, you aim for a girl and try to woe her before anyone else woes their girl.
Would make for a good game for a game night with your friends haha...

Also, related to the thread, I was considering getting a Saturn alongside a Saroo, because I like getting consoles with flashcarts, but are there games on the Saturn beyond arcade ports and Saturn Bomberman?

What's wrong, anon? Afraid I'll confess to the cute tanned loli first and win her over?
jk, besides, I think each player goes for different girls. There's a dozen of them.

Did you like Superman 64? Have you ever wished to play that, but with a tranny clown instead of Superman?
If so, the Saturn has just what you're looking for...

It's a joke.
Nights into Dreams came out before Superman 64 as well.

Yes many, it's an underrated platform (or more accurately, forgotten about), and the roms are very small in filesize so it's easy to stick a ton on anything you're running emulation on.
Mr. Bones, Loaded, Deep Fear, Amok, Cyber Speedway, Dark Savior, Earthworm Jim 2, Gungriffon, Shinobi Legions, Shining Wisdom & Parodius are all good games just off of the top of my head.
<I was considering getting a Saturn alongside a Saroo, because I like getting consoles with flashcarts
If you're planning on doing this however, you might as well open your checkbook, because they've all long been bought out by retro collectors and are rarer than hen's teeth, and fetch huge prices not worth anyone's time (especially the niche "cult classic" titles that were good, but didn't sell well), and was part of the era where there were significant region differences in not only clock speed, but content, making the "best versions" even more stupidly overpriced. Sonic CD is commonly cited as having a completely different soundtrack depending on locale from that era, but of the ones I mentioned, I know Shinobi Legions and Cyber Speedway also had completely different OSTs; even before version content differences.

That's why I said I would get a Saroo, which is a flashcart that you can put in the memory slot and boom, you can now play 99% of the library off my collections of roms.
I would also import a Saturn off Japan, so with some luck, about $40-50 for the unit and controllers and $25 for shipping since it's under 2kg.
Of course, I could just emulate it, but I love me the feel of owning a console and holding the intended controller and playing it on my CRT TV.
I rarely collect old games nowadays aside from a few imports with cute girls on the cover.

Also, I love that Mio/Wolfenstein 3D gif. saved.
Thanks for the recs, anon.

Can you play as a girl and go after girls in either of the OP's games?

No, unfortunately there's no yuri options in either game.

Saturn emulation is still catching up, so there is a reason to get a Saturn beyond the "vibes". I just wonder how the MiSTER's doing.
