It's egregious. People are just straight up honing their software engineering knowledge for misuse and creating and distributing irresponsible software like this. We need to get this conversation started. Well, it already is, but be aware and spread the word so when they go to Congress they don't get derailed. Help stop rogue software distribution.

I totally see no reason to believe they have ulterior motives for fingerprinting every single electronic device and tying all internet activity back to individual identities.
