What do you get out of posting anyway?

No - if you ask questions in one way or another you have to wait forever - if your goal is learning by reading only rather than conversation then books are better. Your rhetorical skills also improve much faster if you can have a conversation in real time with multiple posters
>Do you have fun?
Most of the fun you get is from attention and engagement which is determined mostly by PPH. 
>Do you get friends?
No, you cant build your social status on imageboards but what you can do is compromise it. what happens is that people recognize you and since there is far less users mods can easily single you out from metadata or posting style which also disqualifies many effective methods of engagement farming like trolling or rage-baiting which goes against rules
on 4chan you will only get banned for evasion if you literally admit to doing that 
you literally have to do some major trolling and be the only english speaking person within hundred miles for them to identify you - this is by far the worst disadvantage - random stranger having power to effectively cuck you out of freedom of speech
lets say you dont use trolling or rage baiting as engagement method but instead share your knowledge in a noble goal to redpill other users 
if you state wrongthink by mistake all you did was give insight and traffic to a website operated by some faggot who banned you for dissenting opinion
it's no longer light funposting knowing your posts will be judged by the same group of people - it introduces stake (more focus on relationships and social maneuvering and less on finding out truth and good faith argumentation)
i cant help but see so many deleted posts here that it's likely not just CP in all of them
and unlike altchans 4chan has archives so the janny gets reversed cucked cause all intelligent posters will have archives linked to deleted posts anyway
