How do I get rid of my shitty ESL accent?
Aren't there a gazillion Youtube tutorials for that?

Watch Fox news and adopt their accents.
Man, that would be annoying. Imagine actually talking to those assholes while they're in personality. Holy shit.

Develop a lisp and it'll distract from your accent.
Try reading out loud. Or you could practice speaking in front of the mirror.

Try to perform the most obnoxious, stereotypical English accent, for whatever type of English you want to speak, then just say the words in that accent. This works for every language.

What accent are trying to imitate? British or American? Most ESL channels on YouTube are focused on RP British accent

I got rid of my accent by watching holyjew movies and copying them. Now people think I'm "not from here". Sorry is sue-wry. A character is a charot-ture. Schedule is shedule. Use uncommon words like copacetic to keep them guessing. Make *pause* long pauses *one third as long as the last pause* like Kirk to *pause equal to the first pause* make them understand you're being thoughtful rather *elongate than* than..... overly processing how one should sound. Choose every word and decide how it should sound before you say it. Impersonate no less than three Yankee accents at once per day until they become an odd mix like Troi's in TNG. Johnny Depp is another fake accent based on literally nothing but the autismos as well. Funny word, autism. It means self + action etymology wise. Having an accent is like being autistic, a lake of self awareness whenever you take an action, such as when you try to talk like Captian Kirk, Troi, or Johnny Depp. Yes this comment is a ruse but only because of the examples I made. Just sound like other people bro. Just don't /b/ee urself.

It'd be funny though. He'd need to revert back to ESL accent.
What country are you from?

You can't

You can always learn to sing. Vocal training forces you to develop a better feel for voice variation and controlling pronunciation. The big and simple thing I'd recommend is just using a microphone and listening to yourself while you practice. Copy phrases others say and imitate them. It'll make it very obvious where you have accent issues and what's working to fix them. You can also observe the way others speak words and resort to a voice coach. A big thing I recommend is checking what your inner voice (the pronunciation you make when you think to yourself) is doing differently from the accent because if you have to constantly manually adjust the accent from your mental thought-sounds you're going to be at it for a long-ass time but if you get used to embracing the different pronunciation mentally it'll get easier to just speak it as well.

Wish I could help more but losing and switching accents is easy for me.

>You can also observe the way others speak words
By this I mean looking at the way their tongue, mouth, jaw, and throat move to see if they are doing something different.

>A big thing I recommend is checking what your inner voice (the pronunciation you make when you think to yourself)
When you think with your "inner voice", unconsciously you are "talking" too i.e. moving the throat muscles in the same way you would if you where speaking normally. This effect is called "subvocalization" and is so minuscule that the person thinking doesn't realize he is moving his throat muscles producing inaudible sound. Inaudible to us, but audible to our cellphones. This is the reason why yesterday night before bed you where thinking of buying a Toyota and the first ad you get in the morning is a Toyota one.

My accent is in a completely different realm of unattractiveness compared to Indian accent.
