I feel bad for them. The situation they're in with their neighbors demands an Israeli-style conscription service and a government that isn't your run-of-the-mill corrupt post-communist democracy. Most of them, the bulk of their populace consisting of intellectuals and artists, were genocided and scattered to the wind leaving a yokel rump state that survived just for being in the Russian Empire. Unique culture, phenotype, language, alphabet, religion, as with much of the Caucasus. Azerbaijan is a blight on the region and their national identity is a farce made through the most nigger-brained ultranationalism on the planet. I remember when they surrendered to Azerbaijan in the 2020 war they raided parliament and beat their western puppet prime minister, even the cops stood by and let it happen.

They split between either being a forthright honest hardy mountain ethnicity or skeevy čurkas that are wouldn't mind ripping you off, they had the same reputation in Imperial Russia for being greedy moneylenders and tough soldiers e.g. a village called Čardaxlu in WW2 produced 2 grand marshals, 7 generals, and 850+ recipients orders and medals including Hero of the Soviet Union. In Iran before the revolution they virtually ran all the cabaret clubs, taxi services, and liquor stores.

Do they have corporate oligarchs and politicians that discriminate against citizens in favor of illegals and pajeets in order to accomplish political agendas? Are they set to become minorities in their own country thanks to open border policies and sanctuary cities that allow tens of millions of illiterate and violent third worlders with average IQs below the retardation threshold to enter? Do they have cops that kick down people's doors to commit gun confiscations for saying politically incorrect jokes at work or going to a psychiatrist to treat PTSD after surviving attempted murder, armed robbery, torture, and rape? Do they lose 200k citizens per year to Chinese and Mexican opioids? Are they able to navigate their cities without being forced to use a car? Do they force kids to use HRT and SSRIs while putting adults in prison for weed? Do they teach LGBT and BLM propaganda in schools? Did they nuke Japan instead of Russia? Do they send their sons to die in Israeli wars? Do they refer to kids being abused in school as "autistic"? Do they conduct gain-of-function research on Coronaviruses? Are they in their 3rd year of a 3 day special military operation while relying on North Korea to save them and not being able to capture a single major city?

At least they gave us SoAD. There's many countries where I can't think of a single thing they have given us, including Azerbaijan.
