Furthermore, even after we are invaded, we just armed the entire population of America with military weapons. Russia cannot even conquer Ukraine. They will not succeed at conquering America.
And also, we will heavily invest in a Mossad-like assassination team whose sole mission is to hunt down every banker and kill him, his family, his pets, his friends, his neighbors, drone strike his house, kill his cook, take the cook's place, poison his food, blow up his tomb stone, pee on his grave...

In all seriousness, I don't get why people stop at just killing the banker. Kill his family too. Drone strike his funeral. Drone strike the funerals of the dead family members. Keep drone striking these funerals until no one bothers attending. That's how you know you have won.
Wipe out the entire family, wipe out the records, burn his mansions, cyber attack his bank, drone strike the bank, kill everyone who even visits his bank. Kill his secretary. Kill his chauffeur. Kill his gardeners.
Find the guy who agreed to bury his body in his cemetery and kill him too.

Like, seriously, this is the only way people will ever learn not to do bad things. There must be consequences for evil behavior.

Any and all problems in the world can be solved very easily by Just Doing Things™. The problem is always getting the required amount of people to do it, not that it's too difficult or complicated to do.
