There is a teacher option, Saiki, here. She was added specifically for Endless Memories, in fact. But it's in a bit of a convoluted and roundabout way; you have to progress through Summer Memories mode first and confess to one of the main six girls, then in Lovers Mode, a special shop opens up where you can purchase her scenes that show what a route with her would have looked like in Summer Memories.

How stupid of me. I have never touched or paid attention to the Switch Lite in my life, so when I saw a handheld only a tiny bit bigger than the Vita, I assumed it must be a phone with some video game controller case. Or a chinkheld.
Giving up the docking option always felt like it defeated the whole point of the Switch for me as a hybrid console. Why even call it a Switch then when it can't "switch"?

It kind of does defeat its purpose but it's not like I have a TV or a monitor to hook it up to anyways. Not like I would want to constantly remind my roommates about what kind of games I play. Switch Lite's main selling point is accessibility, it gives you the upgraded Mariko hardware for a really forgiving price. And it's comically light. Lighter than my PS Vita (though my Vita is not box-standard and has an extra large and heavy battery crammed inside) and definitely lighter than a phone with a dedicated Gamesir G8 gamepad.
However OLED screen is kind of a deal breaker for me when streaming games from my PC so Gamesir+my phone combo is my go-to way for doing that. The setup is quite bulky but it works.

Yeah, you have time slots each day where you can go to a specific area to see a heroine, and different areas have different appearance rates for a given heroine at each time of day, but you can use Magical Yumina to boost appearance rates for a heroine. Once you find them, you'll (usually) initiate a conversation where you choose topics from a set of "topic gems" a consumable resource, and if gems of the same color stack they turn into different topics, peaking at four where they turn into a "Lucky" topic where you hold hands or poke her cheeks. During conversations, you have to be a bit careful about what you choose to talk about because the girl will get embarrassed and leave abruptly if you fluster her too much. If it goes well, you can ask her for a photo session and if she accepts, you can choose her position and pose and start shooting. When you do this enough, you can see a story event which advances that heroine's route and raises her love level. The goal is to get a heroine to max affection within six weeks so that you can confess to her at the festival. If successful, you can then move on to Lovers' Days which is sort of like a postgame.

Outside of the photo mode, it is a VN. 
The photo shoot UI is rich and IMO it kind of resembles Koikatsu. Put some artistic effort, take photos for your leisure and don't shy away from the command wheel to make the photo shoot interesting for both yourself and the girl you're romancing. Doing specific photos (quests) would earn you a reward from the Photo Club.

Dokidoki Gauge is confusing as fuck. When you want to take a gravure-looking photo (lying down, for example), level the camera with the character and take some safe-looking photos the gauge just skyrockets

I have had several sessions ended early because I took too many photos and the girls got embarrassed and fled. To this day I still have not managed to get them to pose sexy. I assume I have to gas them up with compliments first until the meter rises to the threshold. I've gotten close, but time always runs out. The sessions being timed really annoys me because I can't really experiment to get a feel for taking photos.

The game has two fullscreen modes and that's the first one, the second one removes that bar and acts like a typical fullscreen mode. Unfortunately, from what I tested, uncapped FPS is only available in Fullscreen 1, Fullscreen 2 caps you at 60FPS and also seems to fuck up the aspect ratio on my 2560x1600 monitor, so I only use it when connected to my 4K TV.

There is a mode called PRO Photo Mode that was added for this version of the game that is more or less made exactly for this kind of "creative" shooting. There's even a website run by the publisher where you can submit your photos to a contest and get a free Switch costume DLC for participating.

If you do decide to get the game, keep in mind the number of objects and characters you can place in PRO Photo Mode is dependent on the version. The Switch version only lets you place up to 2 characters and 20 objects, the Switch 2 and PC version lets you place up to 14 characters at once, but the PC version also allows you to place up to 100 objects while the Switch 2 version is still capped at 20.
