I bought a famicom and a cheap everdrive N8 from aliexpress, and been playing so many geimu.
>Started playing Ninja Gaiden. 6-2 is kicking my ass T-T
>FDS version of Castlevania with save feature!!
>Idol Hakkenden. Adventure game about Idols~
>Wizards and Warriors. I luv this gaem. I have a childhood NES copy, but my NES died T-T
>Beating Mega Man 1 again (Not beating the Yellow Devil without the pause glitch though)

>pinball
I should remove the last three. Not like I'm going to play that shit and call it a fav over the first listed. Something like Megaman 6 takes precedence over such games. I liked the dog suits. HE COULD FLY

Uncharted Waters. The Age of Discovery and the spice trade fascinates me. It's a super simple game, but I still like playing it, figuring out the currents, and I liked all the super secret little cities and the sense of discovery.

>Castlevania with save feature!!
Talk about missing the point. It's intended to be a single-sitting game.

NES has arguably the best library of all time, so I'll list some of my personal favorites, even if autistic:

>Aladdin
>Batman
>Batman: Return of the Joker
>Crash Bandicoot
>DuckTales
>DuckTales 2
>Fist of the North Star
>Karate Kid
>Lion King
>Little Mermaid
>Soccer
>Spider-Man: Return of the Sinister Six
>Super Mario Bros.
>TECMO World Cup Soccer
>Terminator
>Terminator 2: Judgement Day

I miss the Famicom clone I had growing up, my PolyStation, so many happy memories.

I wish I could justify getting a Famicom but I'm not paying $300 for a fucking flashcart when I barely even play the consoles I have.

>what's your fav Family Karaoto system game(s)/demake(s)/clone(s)/bootleg(s)/etc
I've never been impressed by such things myself. Is the bandicoot just the gba one demade?
>>303287
I don't think that a clone plus a flash cart has to be that expensive and the real hardware would not work anyway by now. even if they fixed the real carts I don't see them fixing the real consoels to date. In between the nes and gb it's about the easiest thing to emulate ever. Why would people use real hardware at all?

OP here. Currently playing SMB3, since level 5 in Castlevania kicked my ass last night. I haet the medusa's heads.

I bought my OG famicom, AV-modded with a few games off Buyee for $28 bucks plus $25 shipping. You could go cheaper for a famiclone if you wanted.
Spent $30 for the flashcart off aliexpress.Only get the krizz n8 pro one if you want to play specific romhacks that require extra memory. Otherwise, the knockoff works with most of the library, including FDS games.
Still expensive overall, but not as much.

No, it's its own thing, a pretty simple and short title with a few platforming levels and that's it... but for a Crash Bandicoot fan, and NES fan, this looks and plays great, and just what I'd expect a retro 2D Crash to be like, considering it's a bootleg made in Brazil for a Famicom clone that usually came with the same stuff as it did 30 years ago, just this being made is cool.
