Are there any libre card games?

I don't mean gambling games (like Poker) or even those that can be played with a standard deck (like дура́к) I mean something like Magic the Gathering or Coup or any of these... let's say "specialized deck" type of games. You know, the sort with cute girls and autistic mechanics. It could be a Trading Card Game, but I'm not hopeful any of those got a free implementation since their entire point is to milk players for money, and I want something I can host on my server to play with friends. Could be 1v1 or any sort of group matches.

If there are none, I'm also taking suggestions for something I can implement myself. The only constraint I want is a reasonably limited set of cards because I don't want to have to put 1000 different cards with different behavior in one game, so pretty much every TCG is out of the question.

Why would you play a card game on a video screen?

So he doesn't have to play with card trannies.
There's Cockatrice, a card game engine that can have any arbitrary data loaded into it. But I don't know about any distinct games that aren't proprietary.

Because there's too many absurdly specific little rules and subsystems to keep track of.

Like, I can theoretically imagine playing a tabletop version of picrel, but it would be an awful lot of work.

And yes, I realize what OP is actually asking for is libre gachashit.

Printed cardboard is deceptively expensive.

There is a libre implementation of Magic The Gathering (Forge) with every card ever printed and online multiplayer
It even has an oldschool rpg mode, though sadly that mode is built on the mobile version of the UI.
