A country has to be sovereign before trying to nationalize its internet access and web services.

Since most countries are ZOG, it is in their best interest to keep their internet globalized, otherwise the parasites would have no way to drain it from outside. Under those conditions, more emphasis is placed in spying and tracking rather than total blockade. See the 14 Eyes.

Decentralization needs to happen on a individual basis not state basis, infrastructure needs to be self contained and connected only on a end to end basis.
People do not have the intellect nor the will to maintain this.
The hold of bigtech as providers is too strong and they are too entrenched in their roles to be taken out now without a total collapse and revision of all systems.
Governments are too incompetent and corrupt to realize that they are but pawns of the ones on whos tits they suck on.
Sooner or later the internet will shatter in its current form no matter what, the question is what will be left by then.
