It's a common trait of all mankind, for the strong and powerful to harm the weak and defenseless because they're easy prey. Kids just so happen to be vulnerable. Do the math. The elites, which include many Jews, have the power and resources to get away with it and laugh in your face while you impotently rage. The lower classes don't have that power, and therefore are more likely to get put in prison and gaped or shanked.
