Have you lifted today? No? Go find something heavy. Pick it up. Now put it back down. Good. Do that a dozen more times.

You get the idea.
Which exercises have the greatest risk of injury if done incorrectly?

Anything that goes against the natural way of moving things, like those squat racks where you're pushing down instead of up. Or any machine that has a risk of overextending limbs. Deadlifts if done wrong (which is very easy to do) will turn you into a cripple.

Running or jogging if you are a fat bastard. People forget that when you are like 100 lbs overweight you jogging is like the 100 lbs lighter version of you jogging with 100 lbs of weights strapped to his body. Your knees, including both the muscles and especially the joints, were not meant to handle that kind of strain and you can seriously fuck your knees up permanently trying to do basic jogging to get back in shape.

When you are that fat you need an honest-to-goodness exercise bike to offload all of your body weight onto that eat (better be a good one, and preferably a comfortable one as well) while you are doing that cardio. (And you obviously need to go on a diet.)

...I meant "that seat"

Main danger of bicycling is cars and trucks. I hate them.

This shallow, simplistic "advice" will only lead to nervous breakdowns and burnout. Just a head's up.

For me, TGUs have been the worst for me. Probably the only injury that has consistently given me knee injuries.
