What would you guys think of this system? I'm still working out the kinks. Real-life examples, implementation and general suggestions would be appreciated.
*Corporations*
Thousands of individual workers councils across the nation make up industry-specific corporations. These councils exist on factory and local levels, each one democratically elected within their workplace. These councils communicate in real time needs, production, cooperation efforts, among other things to be expected. The interests of these councils are what inform and make up the industry corporations. Each corporation is an organ of the state responsible for formulating policy, quotas, and other functions based off of the collective interests of the councils making up that corporation. Councils dictate internal decisions on working conditions and work processes according to broad standards dictated by the state to keep the system in line with national interest and goals.
*Labor Front*
All workers and managers alike are apart of a compulsory labor front responsible for resolving inter-council and council-state/corporation conflict. It operates as a primary organ of the state by issuing work condition requirements and wages. It mediates between council and employer. Regional offices oversee training, welfare, and working conditions. It should also serve to emulate the "Strength Through Joy" programme of the NSDAP, conduct public ceremonies, and honor efficient workers. It will provide legal assistance alongside medical screenings as well. Youth programs also exist under the labor front. It shall serve to subsidize the construction of factories producing important things for daily life such as automobiles. Conflicts are resolved through this organization.
*Banking*
The state operates private banks free from international and speculative interests. The banking system will be a joint operation between the state and the state-owned labor front. Private banks exist under heavy state regulation and control over credit allocation. Money is issued in accordance with industrial and labor reports from the corporations. National projects in this way will be funded with no interest. Coordination between corporations and the state serve to allocate funds based on productive need. An organ based off the Institute for Industrial Reconstruction under Mussolini serves to manage failing banks and declining industries as a holding company directly owned by the state. Banking is not necessarily controlled by the state, but steered toward national goals through immense regulation. The central bank will fall under state control. These measures aim to highly reduce the speculation often responsible for inflation. The central bank, state-owned, is limited in its money printing abilities. The key for ensuring economic stimulation and sufficiency is the constant reinvestment of money into national projects, and this shall be done extensively.
*Agriculture*
The agricultural and farming class of the nation shall, first and foremost, receive extensive tax cuts and exemption from property tax. The state shall protect rural farming areas from industrialization and financially support small family farms. Farming will be left mostly independent, subject only to a corporative body tasked with price stabilization, loans at favorable interest rates for the farmer, grants, and regulations. Following regulations will be rewarded with tax exemptions, subsidies, and free provisions. Laws will be implemented to prevent easily selling or buying farmland in order to protect hereditary farming practices. Landless peasantry shall be accomadated with small land parcels and basic agricultural tools, seeds, and small animals (chickens, turkey). Property owned by absentee landlords will be acquired by the state and issued to the peasantry.
