I don't think anything will fix everything, Takopii doesn't have a ship to go back home where he could go back in time. His personal time-traveling camera is broken. Marina can't come back from the dead anymore, she was the one he actually had to save. Kuze is just in tokyo being crazy. All Takopii has(had) to do is make sure the truth go out but only the virgin boy can do it since Takopii is an ayy. The alternative is that Takopii kill everyone Ideon style because the world is meaningless without Marina(truth).

Yes, Kuze got way less than what Takopii received when he transformed as her. The anime/manga obviously show that by doing something, anything, that the bullying can be mitigated and thus it's hinted that doing something could end the bullying. Doing nothing keep the status quo, Marina want Kuze's mother to stop fucking her dad because she think it will bring back her happy family life. It's wrong in its conception, he's probably fucking Kuze's mom because Marina's mom is a bitch to deal with. It's also wrong in it's execution, since bullying Kuze by itself does nothing about her mother who doesn't care that much about her daughter. So for Marina, her efforts yield no fruits so she will keep escalating it until the dog is put down. In the original timeline, Kuze tries to kill herself but fail so she get sent elsewhere which end the bullying. However that did not saved Marina's familial life. If you think getting an agency or a teacher that actually give a fuck about bullying involved would change nothing you are beyond retarded.

I tried to be cryptic because I didn't want to spoil the subsequent episodes. Takopii slowly learn that the problem is Marina, he also slowly learn that he need to do something. He kill Marina by mistake, it end the bullying and finally Kuze is happy. But he has remorse about it because he misunderstand the mother being apeshit for actual accusations of bodyswapping(rare schizo win) and also because buried deep in his memories lies the truth his mission. By the end of episode5, Takopii understand he fucked up and the only solution is to kill Kuze. This show a clear evolution of his methods, character growth from a magical girl mascot fuck to a proper avatar of Ideon.
