There's nothing wrong with it pleasing lesbos. I do agree that anime romance is usually better when it's more fun and perhaps features some personal growth than just being drama/abuse central that a lot of women's romance seems to be for whatever unhealthy reason.

I got oddly invested in "Yuri is Taboo to a Yuri Otaku." I've been slowly following it and forgetting about it for a while, but I guess I'm kind of sad it's over. I wasn't expecting to be sad over such a nonplus story.
I think the moment I fell in love with it was this panel. The MC is such a fucking small, cute, dork.
Nothing special happens in this. It's dumb. The plot is...average. I don't care, though. Sometimes you're good with just plain bread, you know?

Ever been going through TV channels and see one of those soap operas and think, "This is STILL on the air?!"
Picrel. Every year or so I check in and am like, "O.k., now it's a sports manga about dodgeball or wtf?"
Like it was supposed to be a one-off gag "lul dubious consent love potion lolololol," but now it just won't end. Meanwhile, you've got a BAJILLION one-shots with the most interesting premise in the world, and that all end in dubious cliffhangers.
Life just ain't fair, man.
